Membership in Gospel Light Christian Church is only for those who have undergone believer's baptism and must be age 16 and above. Parental consent is required for membership applicants below 21 years of age.
Please have the following documents ready when submitting your Membership application. Without them, your registration will not be considered complete.
a) Passport Sized Photo - Upload at "A"
b) NRIC/FIN/Work Permit: - Upload at "B" a coloured image of the front and back of your NRIC/FIN/Work Permit
c) Baptism Certificate - Upload at "C" (If you were baptized in other Churches)
d) A Written Salvation Testimony - Upload at "D" (If you were baptized in other Churches)
Your testimony can be titled “My Story of knowing Jesus my Saviour” and you can start with the following introductory statement: “I understand that
Baptism is an open declaration of my faith in Jesus. My story of knowing Jesus as my Saviour is as follows...”
Guidelines for your testimony:
• What your life was like before you knew Christ
• How you came to know Christ
• How has your life changed after following Christ
申请成为福音之光的会员必须是已经接受洗礼，并且是16岁及以上的信徒。21岁以下的会员申请者需要父母的同意。
在报名之前，准备好以下文件，以免您无法提交申请。
a) 护照型照片 - 请于第 "A" 项上传
b) 身份证/工作证 - 请于第 "B" 项上传您的证件图片，图片必须是彩色的，并且包含前后两面

*个人书面信主见证题目可以写 “我信靠主耶稣作为我个人救主的见证”和以下介绍性的语言：“我明白洗礼是
我公开的宣告我信靠了主耶稣基督。我个人信主的见证如下....."

3) I hereby declare that the details furnished above are true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately.
