Church Membership is a commitment to belong to the local church, grow in faith, participate in church life, and be accountable within the church community under its spiritual leadership.

教会会籍是一种委身，表示信徒愿意归属于本地教会，在信仰中成长，参与教会生活，并在教会属灵领袖的带领与监督下，彼此承担责任、共同成长。

The following are the documents required for the Membership Application:-
Passport Size Photo
A scanned copy of NRIC
Baptism Certificate – If you were baptized in other Churches
A written salvation testimony - The testimony can be titled “My Story of knowing Jesus my Saviour”.
You may follow these guidelines for your testimony:
- What your life was before you knew Christ
- How you came to know Christ
- How has your life changed after following Christ
Membership Transfer Form (if applicable)

洗礼证书 （如果您是在其他教会受洗的）
个人信主的书面见证 ( 个人信主书面见证建议以 “ 我信靠主耶稣作为我个人救主的见证 ” 作为标题。
您可以遵循以下准则作证：

- 你是如何跟随主
- 你跟随主之后的生活如何改变
教会会员转会表格（ 如适用 ）
