Those who have believed in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour are encouraged to be baptised. Attendance at the Baptism Class is a prerequisite. Submission of written testimonies with completed application forms is a must.
我们鼓励那些已相信主耶稣基督是他们的神和救主的人接受洗礼。洗礼申请者必须先参加洗礼课，同时必须提交个人的得救见证和填写完整的洗礼申请表格。

Complete the registration form
Submit with your passport-sized photo, online data form and a written testimony*. 
*The testimony can be titled “My Story of knowing Jesus my Saviour” and the following introductory statement words “I understand that Baptism is an open declaration of my faith in Jesus. My story of knowing Jesus as my Saviour is as follows...”
You may follow these guidelines for your testimony: 
• What was your life before you knew Christ 
• How you came to know Christ 
• How has your life changed after following Christ

*个人书面信主见证可以 “我信靠主耶稣作为我个人救主的见证” 作为标题，并以“我明白洗礼是我公开的宣告我信靠了主耶稣基督。我个人信主的见证如下....." 开启书写。

•你跟随主之后的生活如何改变
